Agatha Achindu and I started a series to empower the Black communities to get healthier. We focus on actionable steps around nutrition and lifestyle choices that we all can take person by person, family by family and community by community. COVID-19 is killing more African Americans than any other racial group, but this is just revealing the public health disparities that already occur in our communities and our nation. Join us as we work together to do our part to make ALL our lives better. We are all HUMANITY.
