My Standard Weight Loss & Wellness Coaching Program is an 8 week program.

However, you also have the option of my 1 week weight loss & wellness coaching program.

In cases where my client only needs a few wellness and weight loss tips, my 3 day coaching option may suffice.

All three programs consist of daily coaching by me on zoom; or in the DM here on Instagram by video call or audio call or by text messaging here in the DM. (***Dr. Iyabo does not coach on WhatsApp.)

I coach women all over the world. It doesn’t matter what your time zone is. I’ll customize your coaching program to fit your time zone and your schedule.
